Most pesticides in your local store are pre-mixed. This means that if you buy one gallon of spray, that’s all you have as opposed to a pint of concentrate from use that can yield a dozen gallons of spray when mixed.
Are Your Products Safe?
When applied according to the label and with the proper safety measures and equipment, yes.
All of the products we offer are regulated by the Federal Enviromental Protection Agency and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs.
Are these Professional Pest Control Products?
Yes. All products carried by us are professional grade-only. You’ll never find Raid in our catalog.
We can do this by special license from the State of Florida that allows us to retail pest control products to the general public.
Keep in mind, you cannot use these products for-profit, for that you’ll need a Pest Control License.
Do you carry restricted use pesticides?
Yes, but only in a seperate catalog for certified pest control operators.
To order restricted use pesticides, you must comply with Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services regulations, be a certified operator in the required categories of pest control, carry a current license for the application of said pesticides, and pick up said products in person.
Shipping
Shipping days are Monday thru Friday.
All packages are insured against loss or damage.
All orders are processed and shipped within three business days, excluding holiday weekends and backorders.
Standard shipping selection is for shipments using United States Postal Service (USPS) and based upon the product(s) weight.
If an order is more than 2 lbs. of shipping weight or contains aerosols, it will be shipped by ground.
Most items shipped by USPS(2 lbs. or less) go by priority mail at standard rates plus handling.
There will be an additional charge for Next Business Day or 2nd Business Day or 3 Day Select Business Day shipping choices.
All delivery times are guaranteed for UPS express shipments if so selected.
No aerosols may be shipped to Hawaii , Alaska or APO address. It is against air regulations.
Products restricted by state and / or federal laws will not be shipped to selected states due to EPA regulations.
If you choose express options, please summit all orders before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York / Washington DC / Orlando time zones) in order to be processed the same day. Please note-No aerosols may be sent by Next Day, 2nd Business Day or 3 Day express due to federal air regulations
All orders are shipped within three business days (excluding holiday weekends), unless a product is on backorder (please refer to Backorders and Returns for more information).
We do ship by mail on some items, however most shipments require a street address for shipping by UPS , please include a street address as well if you are using a PO Box.

There may be an extra charge for APO addresses. We will e mail the extra shipping charge if applicable
Wrong Address Charges
Please check your address carefully before your final submission of your order online.
There will be a $10.00 charge to locate the package for delivery if there is an incorrect address. We do verify zip codes and will attempt to contact you if the address is in question to avoid such charges. However if there is an incorrect shipping address submitted online and our shipping carrier charges us, we will need to pass the charge along.
If you do enter an incorrect address and it is accidently sent to another location and cannot be recovered you will be charged the full order price if you wish to replace the order. We are not responsible for information entered incorrectly by the customer.
If any of the items you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment, you will be notified by email of the estimated release date.
Please note: Aerosol products and some live traps can be shipped by GROUND ONLY.
If your order has been damaged or lost while shipping please notify us immediately at by calling our service department at 407-292-4816 so we may send you a replacement. We may require that you return the damaged items before a replacement can be issued.

Some of the pesticides are not registered for use in Canada, therefore we restrict all importation of pesticides into Canada from our store.
Some states will exceed National EPA restrictions by their state regulations on pesticide products. These states have further restrictions. We have noted these states with the restricted products in compliance with State Regulations. Most notably affected are the states of New York, Connecticut and Vermont.
Backorders
You Do It and Save Pest Control makes every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. If any of the items you have ordered are not available for immediate shipment, your order may be divided into multiple shipments, as we will ship products that are in stock. You will be notified by telephone or email of the estimated release date. Charges for back-ordered items will not be applied to your credit card until we actually ship them to you. There is no need to re-order.
Returns
Returns may be made within 15 days of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition – we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, UDoItandSave.com (Xterm Pest Management) reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
A credit refund will be given upon return of items, less shipping cost we incurred if the product was shipped free to you.
We deduct our shipping cost(for free shipping) incurred and a 10% restocking fee.
Please call us during our business hours if you have any questions about products or product usage as returns may be costly.
We recommend sending returns to us by USPS, UPS or insured receipt for your protection. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.
Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.
